Better grades of carpet cushion are always recommended when
possible.

(living rooms and dining rooms).
In bedrooms and lounge areas, where a plusher "feel" is
desired and traffic is lighter, a softer cushion may be used.
Synthetic carpet cushion is ideal for installations over radiant heat
floors.
